Join Us for an Unforgettable Toastmasters Event in Chios!
Fellow Toastmasters,
We are thrilled to invite you to the District 109 Hall of Fame / DOT / COT event! Experience learning opportunities, celebrate achievements, and dream about a brilliant future.
The third annual Chios Toastmasters Camp will take place starting 20 June 2024. Due to organizational challenges, we have combined this with our event. You may attend as many days as you wish. The District will compensate for travel, lodging, and food up to a limit. In-person attendance at the Hall of Fame Dinner and the DOT / COT is mandatory for reimbursement.
Enjoy the island of Chios, Greece. Visit the local Toastmasters club, celebrate with peers over dinner and live music, and kick-start the new Toastmasters year at our DOT/COT.
KEY ACTIVITIES

- 21 June 2024, 19:00-21:00: Chios Toastmasters Club Meeting at Chandris Hotel, Chios Town, followed by finger food and drinks (optional; pick up in Avgonima village, details to be confirmed)

- 22 June 2024, from 21:30: Dinner and Hall of Fame in Avgonima village; pick up in Chios Town at 20:00 (unless you stay in Avgonima) to enjoy the sunset

- 23 June 2024, 09:15-13:15: Homerion Cultural Center, Chios Town DOT/COT; coffee and sandwiches (pick up in Avgonima village at 08:30)
